We offer a wide range of exciting teacher-led clubs throughout the year and cater for a wide-range of interests. Here is a taste of what we have offered this year 2024-25.

On top of all of this, after school clubs are also offered by local sports associations including: Atlantic Racquet Centre, Westward Ho! Cricket Club and Bideford Netball club.
Barracudas – Breakfast and Tea Club
Barracudas provides high quality before and after school provision to support families seeking childcare beyond the school day. It operates Monday to Friday from 7.30am until 8.40am in the mornings and from 3.10pm until 6pm in the afternoons, during term time only.
All sessions will be run by the school and staffed by adults who are employed by the school and who know the children well.
Children will be offered a choice of play activities such as arts and crafts, construction, games and outdoor play. The clubs will also provide a quiet corner for children who wish to read or complete their homework.
In the mornings, the children will be able to choose from a range of food and drink that provides them with a nutritious start to the day. Breakfast will be served between 7.30am and 8.15am in the mornings and a light healthy snack will be provided in the afternoon sessions.
The cost to attend Barracudas will be:
£5.00 for the morning session (drop off from 7.30am until 8.15am).
£5.00 for the afternoon session (pick up before 4.30pm).
£7.00 for the afternoon session (pick up between 4.30pm and 6pm).
Please note there will be a charge per child for late pick ups.
If you wish to use this service, please complete the Barracudas application form and return to the school office as soon as convenient. Once your application has been processed you will be given access to this club via the School Gateway where you will be able to book and pay for your sessions. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please note you will only be able to book and pay for sessions via the School Gateway so please ensure you are registered. The school office will be able to assist you with registering if you require help.
