Special Educational Needs & Disabilities in the Early Years
Our governors, SENDCo and early years team have a crucial role in ensuring that positive steps are taken to plan and provide for all children with special educational needs. Together with parents, we will identify the right partner and endeavour to meet each child’s educational, health and social needs within the local community.
The school will continue to improve access and quality of facilities where possible for children and adults using our foundation stage unit, Little Skippers.
If you are worried about your child’s development please contact our SENDCo, Deana Smith. Deana is a very experienced member of the Senior Leadership Team and ensures that all SEN pupils at East-the-Water Primary access provision which is outstanding.
