Our policies and procedures are reviewed in line with statutory requirements and the school’s review cycle. They are approved, adopted by the appropriate body, which may be the Governing Board, Headteacher or Devon County Council, depending on the document.
East-the-Water Primary has a broad range of policies and procedures in order to ensure our safe, legally compliant and smooth operation. These policies are drawn from guidance, common sense and good practice that has been established over time following best practice, DfE and local guidance. Our policies are reviewed periodically by the school and approved by our Board of Governors.
